What is the Best Way to Lose Weight Quickly After the Holidays?
Who else wants to learn some fast ways to lose weight quickly once 2009 start rolling in? ( No pun intended, right..;-) The simple truth is that for MANY of us right now, we don’t only want to lose weight….we want to lose it with superhuman speed and quickness! There is NOTHING worse than sitting still in an uncomfortable body, and as many of you already know….the depression and dejection that often comes with feeling badly about yourself, ONLY leads to more overeating. With that in mind, who wants to take a quick look at a few simple things you can do, right now, to turn UP the fat fighting furnace in 09, and beyond.
Okay…so What Do You Recommend – I’ve TRIED just about everything else with NO success!
Two steps.
You need to dialog and visualize, and then pick a proven program that works.
The REAL key, in my view, why so many people can’t lose weight EVER, is that they simply can’t see it. They never really BELIEVE they are going to be thin. That internal voice of doubt is the one that is doing ALL of the talking…and eventually, it’s the only sound that counts. Destroy the doubt through dialog – write down your goals. Visualize your ideal weight. Picture it, taste it and LITERALLY see what you look like at your ideal size. ONLY then will you believe you are worthy of the goal, and will it feel real ( and tangible enough) to really go get.
Step 2? Pick a proven program that works. We recommend and advocate for Medifast for obvious reasons, and suggest you check it out too! But whatever path you pick, make sure it’s a PROVEN one, without hype, exotic and untested ideas, or even dangerous ones that will leave you FAR worse off than where you started.
