What’s the best way to lose weight… diet, exercise, what? This article will give you the answers you need to successfully and safely lose a lot of weight fast. There are tricks to make fast weight loss possible.

Exercise is not even close. If you want to lose a lot of weight fast, you need to focus on your diet. What I’m going to do is give you some tips and tricks to help make rapid weight loss possible for you.

1. Take fish oil pills

These aren’t true weight loss pills, but there probably isn’t anything better for long term weight loss. The omega 3 healthy fats in fish oil pills balance out the bad omega 6 and omega 9 fats that you get in your diet.

You can expect to lose a couple pounds a month from fish oil pills alone. Take 6-10 grams a day.

2. Eat 5-6 small meals a day

You may this already, but I need to reinforce this point. By eating smaller meals often, your body is more efficient in it’s digestive process. This aids in weight loss. Not only that, the more often you eat (use common sense), the more often your body elevates it’s fat burning because it takes a lot of calories to digest your food.

So I’m not asking you to cut back on your calories (you may or may not need to), but I am asking you to spread out all the calories you do eat into 5-6 smaller meals instead of 2-3 big meals and some unhealthy snacks.

3. Always… ALWAYS have protein at each meal

Protein helps keep carbs from playing games with your blood sugar levels. Since simple carbs are processed to death, they rapidly get into your blood and spike your blood sugar levels (thus causing way too many problems to explain in this short article).

The protein slows that down and moderates it. Another benefit to the protein… it naturally speeds up your metabolism. So the more often you have it, the more often you speed up your metabolism.
